How do I print in store?
We have four computers connected directly to our printers for customer use, you will need to log-in using a generic account (details provided in store) and then you can start to send documents straight to the printer and they will start printing immediately. If you need a hand or want something double-checked ask a member of staff and we will be happy to help.  We carry a wide range of paper so do ask to see the samples book for various options.

Our printers print double-sided automatically – if you require single-sided printing please ask a member of staff. We encourage minimal waste were possible.

What is the maximum printing size?

We print up to SRA3 size (450x320mm)

I am a Distance Learner; can you submit my thesis for me?
We are able to print, bind and submit doctoral thesis for distance learners students who are not on campus, you must provide a completed submission form.

Please either use our remote print service or email your thesis to us as a single PDF file, and your completed and signed submission form(s).

Documents will not be submitted or released until we have received payment online or by phone. Once this payment has been received your work will be submitted to the SID desk.

Do you deliver/post to an address?

External post - Royal Mail (UK only, weight under 5kg, size restrictions apply) or Parcelforce (UK for 5+kg, or worldwide): charges are at supplier’s rates.

Internal post - Streatham Campus – no charge, St. Luke Campus – no charge, Penryn Campus – no charge (Tuesday & Thursday delivery during term-time; Wednesday during vacation periods).
